Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after shipment. Large furniture and oversized lighting fixtures may require additional delivery time.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless otherwise noted.

Your order may ship from multiple fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, holidays, or shipping carriers are outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters processing.
