Return Eligibility

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

· Be unused and in their original condition

· Include original packaging

· Include all accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

· Customized or personalized products

· Items showing signs of use or installation

· Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or shipped in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
